Fee - 20$ per participant 

In support of the Soo Finnish Nordic Ski Club Jackrabbits.  

 

The Challenge

 - Race 1000 meters on the Ski Erg

 - Times will be posted to the Concept 2 Log Book  

Registrants will be broken into heats of 3 racers at a time in increments of 10 min time slots.  Ski Ergs are space more than 6 feet a part and separate from the viewing area as well.  

The first of many events to come as part of the Event-Based Training Program at 17 Barbells Strength and Conditioning.
