Rebel Teen Athletic Essentials: x 3 per week

A training program designed specifically for high school-aged athletes looking to enhance athleticism through strength training and conditioning.
We will be laying out the necessary training cycles all year round from Strength to Power to Speed. Each training cycle lasts 6-8 weeks depending on the domain being trained.
The prerequisite to enter this training time slot and program is the 6 Week Strength and Conditioning Athlete Essentials Course
